EWCO Uganda is supporting rangers to protect Gorillas in Bwindi

Endangered Wildlife Conservation Organisation Team with support from Global GreenGrant FundWildlife Conservation Network, carried out a needs assessment in November 2019 with Uganda Wildlife Authority Rangers in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, Buhoma gate to find out training needs and logistical support needed of to help them to effectively combat poaching and illegal wildlife trade, in and around Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, Uganda.

The project will also benefit at least half of the world’s remaining 1065 mountain gorillas in Bwindi-Mgahinga
